Using TrueSound
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to damage, overload or bypass its security controls. Account details must be accurate and kept secure.
Music submissions
You may submit only material you own or are authorised to represent. TrueSound may accept, reject, edit, schedule or remove a release. Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, payment or a particular audience result.
Copyright
Copyright and related rights remain with the artist or rights holder. Notify TrueSound promptly if you believe material infringes your rights.
Downloads and sharing
Downloads are provided only where enabled. Downloaded music remains subject to the artist’s rights and may not be republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission.
External services
TrueSound may use the Spotify Web API, Spotify embeds, YouTube Data API and YouTube embedded player. By using YouTube-enabled features, users also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. TrueSound does not download, separate, convert or provide offline access to provider media. Spotify and YouTube content remains subject to provider availability, attribution, geographic restrictions, terms and privacy practices.
Availability
The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Features may change, and no uninterrupted service or specific search ranking is guaranteed.
